Mais si vous prévoyez d'accéder aux serveurs depuis l'extérieur (en utilisant la connexion Internet), les règles suivantes doivent être suivies:

  • La première adresse est utilisée par le service API d'ONLYOFFICE Docs et, dans le cas où l'on accède aux éditeurs depuis Internet, l'adresse DNS publique doit être utilisée avec lui, car il communiquera non seulement avec la machine d'ONLYOFFICE Groups mais aussi avec l'ordinateur de l'utilisateur.
  • Les deuxième et troisième adresses sont utilisées pour acheminer uniquement la communication entre les deux serveurs (Docs et Groupes), et ne nécessitent pas de connexion Internet, il est donc prudent d'utiliser les adresses du réseau local dans le cas où les deux ordinateurs se trouvent dans le même réseau local, même si ONLYOFFICE Docs et/ou ONLYOFFICE Groups sont prévus pour être accessibles depuis d'autres ordinateurs via Internet.
  • Si ONLYOFFICE Groups et ONLYOFFICE Docs sont situés dans des réseaux différents et que les éditeurs doivent être accessibles via Internet, vous pouvez spécifier la première adresse seulement. La valeur de la deuxième sera celle du premier champ et la troisième sera prise dans la barre d'adresse du navigateur.

Les étapes ci-dessous expliquent où trouver ces adresses dans les différentes versions de ONLYOFFICE Groups.


Normalement, pour connecter ONLYOFFICE Docs à ONLYOFFICE Groups version 8.1 et suivantes, il suffit de configurer les paramètres de connexion dans les paramètres du portail. Pour ce faire, allez dans les Paramètres et sélectionnez Intégration - Service Documentaire. Ensuite, remplissez simplement tous les champs avec les adresses de service ONLYOFFICE Docs appropriées.

Veuillez noter que toutes les versions de ONLYOFFICE Groups et ONLYOFFICE Docs ne peuvent pas être connectées entre elles. Dans le cas où vous avez une version de ONLYOFFICE Groups incompatible avec la version actuelle de ONLYOFFICE Docs ou vice versa, veuillez envisager de passer aux dernières versions ou au moins aux plus proches compatibles.

Le tableau ci-dessous montre quelles versions de serveur peuvent être connectées l'une à l'autre sans aucun problème:

Aucun fonctionnement stable des versions incompatibles ne peut être garanti et nous vous recommandons fortement de mettre à jour vos installations vers les dernières versions disponibles pour un fonctionnement correct.

Modifier les fichiers de configuration pour ONLYOFFICE Groups

Si cela ne fonctionne pas ou si vous utilisez ONLYOFFICE Community Server antérieur à la version 8.1 et que vous êtes sûr que la version de ONLYOFFICE Groups est compatible avec la version de ONLYOFFICE Docs que vous essayez de connecter (veuillez consulter le tableau ci-dessus pour voir si c'est le cas), vous devrez effectuer les actions ci-dessous, en éditant les fichiers de configuration.

Tout d'abord, vous devez modifier le fichier web.appsettings.config qui se trouve dans le dossier c:\Program Files\Ascensio System SIA\onlyoffice\WebStudio\ sur l'ordinateur avec ONLYOFFICE Groups. Ouvrez-le avec un éditeur de texte et ajoutez les lignes suivantes (ou modifiez ces lignes en conséquence, au cas où elles seraient déjà présentes):

documentserver et communityserver sont les adresses des ordinateurs sur lesquels sont installés ONLYOFFICE Docs et ONLYOFFICE Groups.

Ces lignes doivent être insérées entre les lignes <add key="files.uploader.chunk-size" value="5242880" /> et <add key="resources.from-db" value="true" /> .

Si vous essayez de connecter ONLYOFFICE Docs à la version ONLYOFFICE Community Server antérieure à 8.5, vous devrez ajouter deux lignes supplémentaires à votre fichier web.appsettings.config:

Ensuite; il faut modifier le fichier web.config. Il se trouve dans le dossier  c:\Program Files\Ascensio System SIA\ONLYOFFICE Online Editors\DocService\ sur l'ordinateur avec ONLYOFFICE Docs. Ouvrez-le avec un éditeur de texte et ajoutez les lignes suivantes (ou modifiez ces lignes en conséquence, au cas où elles seraient déjà présentes):

Pour connecter ONLYOFFICE Docs 2.5 sur l'ordinateur où ONLYOFFICE Community Server 7.7 et versions antérieures sont installés, vous devez uniquement modifier le fichier web.appsettings.config à partir du dossier WebStudio sur l'ordinateur avec ONLYOFFICE Community Server. Ouvrez-le avec un éditeur de texte et ajoutez les lignes suivantes (ou modifiez ces lignes en conséquence, au cas où elles seraient déjà présentes):

Vous n'avez pas besoin de changer quoi que ce soit d'autre, y compris de modifier le fichier web.config pour ONLYOFFICE Docs.
