You can change layout settings for the spreadsheet, i.e. the page orientation, size, margins, as well as specify which interface elements you want to be hidden or shown.
To access the current spreadsheet settings,
- tap the
Tools icon in the right corner of the top toolbar,
- tap the arrow next to the
Spreadsheet Settings menu item.
Currently, the following spreadsheet settings are available:
- Orientation - this option allows to set the page orientation, selecting the Portrait or Landscape option.
- Format - this option allows to change the A4 page format selected by default. Select one of the available presets from the list: US Letter, US Legal, A4, A5, B5, Envelope#10, Envelope DL, Tabloid, A3, Tabloid Oversize, ROC 16K, Envelope Choukei 3, Super B/A3, A0, A1, A2, A6.
- Margins - to change default margins, i.e. the blank space between the left, right, top and bottom page edges and the paragraph text. Use the
or
arrows to decrease or increase the current value for the Top, Bottom, Left and Right page margins.
- Hide Headings - this switcher is turned on by default. It allows to hide or show again the column heading at the top and row heading at the left of the worksheet.
- Hide Gridlines - this switcher is turned on by default. It allows to hide or show again the lines that appear around the cells.
- Color Schemes - is used to select the necessary Color Scheme. It allows to change the default color palette for worksheet elements (font, background, autoshapes and charts).
