Filling out a form

A fillable form is an OFORM file. OFORM is a format for filling out template forms and downloading or printing the form after you have filled it out.

How to fill in a form:

1. Open an OFORM file.

   

2. Fill in all the required fields. The mandatory fields are marked with red stroke. Use to navigate between fields, or click the field you wish to fill in.
3. If you need to clear all input fields, go to the Settings menu and tap the Clear All Fields menu item.
4. After you have filled in all the fields, click the Export button to send the form via any method you deem suitable or click the to save the form.
5. Go to the Settings menu in the top right corner for additional options. You can Export, Print, use the Find functions, as well as see the Document Info or open the Help section.
