If you add text within a text box or autoshape, you can change the text offset from the left side of the text box. Indenting is also used to create multilevel lists.
- Put the cursor within a paragraph or a line of a list.
- Use the corresponding icons at the text formatting toolbar above the keyboard Decrease Indent
and Increase Indent

Alternatively, you can сhange indents using the text settings panel. Open it by
- tapping the
icon at the top toolbar, or
- tapping the Edit Text option in the pop-up menu.
Switch to the Text tab and use the respective icons: Decrease Indent
and Increase Indent
