How to change a pricing plan?

Introduction

Do you want to add new users to your portal ONLYOFFICE but the pricing plan restricts the number of users and you don't know how to change it? Are you tired of paying for your portal every month? Or may be you are just not satisfied with the pricing plan that you're using now?

Follow the steps described below and you will easily manage your pricing plan.

Step 1. Enter your portal and go to the Payments section

  1. First of all enter portal using your email address and password. If you have already logged in to the portal and have been using it for a while, let's move on.
  2. Open the Payments section in one of the following ways:
    • click the Payments icon icon in the upper right corner of the page,
    • open the Choose drop-down list next to the logo of the portal and choose the Payments option,
    • choose the Payments section on the left-side panel in the portal settings.

Step 2. Change your pricing plan

If you decided to change your pricing plan, please choose the appropriate options using the menu on the right:

  • Billing cycle - select one of the available options: 1 month, 1 year, or 3 years.
  • Number of users - type in the necessary number of users and press Enter or use arrows to increase/decrease the current number.
You can switch to another pricing plan with a bigger number of users right away. The end date of the payment period will be recalculated in the payment service. See the FAQ section for more details.

If you want to disable some users and switch to another pricing plan with a smaller number of users, the price will be reduced only starting with the next payment period.

Verify your tariff details below: price per user/month, number of allowed actives users, billing cycle and total amount.

Сlick the Buy now button.

Step 3. Fill out the forms in the 'Billing Information' section

When you press the button you will find yourself on the payment page, in the Billing Information section. Here you need to fill out all the fields.

  1. For your convenience, select a currency which you want the price to be displayed in.

  2. Complete the form under the Payment Information title:

    • select the Company radio button if you represent a company (if not, leave the Person option selected).
    • enter your active email address.
    • type in your real first and last name.
    • choose a country from the drop down list.
    • type in your city and zip code.
    • choose your state or province from the drop down list.
    • for companies, it's also necessary to specify the address, company name, phone number, fax number.
  3. Specify the information about the card which your are going to use to pay for the service:
    • type in the card number.
    • in the drop down lists choose a card expiration date (month and year).
    • enter three digit security code (CVV2/CVC2 code).
    • enter your name exactly as it appears on the card.
  4. Click the Continue button.

Step 4. Verify the data in the 'Confirmation and Payment' section and place the order

  1. In the Confirmation and Payment section, verify the Billing address and Payment information data:

  1. Check the Enable auto-renewal for this order box if you want to repeat the payment automatically every payment period.

    You can stop the recurring payments by logging in to 2Checkout myAccount, going to the My Products area and by clicking the Stop automatic license renewal beneath ONLYOFFICE product that has this option enabled.
  2. Click the Place order button.
