ONLYOFFICE Workspace 12.0.0. unterstützt den Export von Google Workspace-Benutzern, Benutzerdateien, Freigabeeinstellungen und Gruppen.

Die Google Workspace-Daten exportieren

Zuerst müssen Sie die Daten Ihrer Benutzer aus der Google Admin-Konsole exportieren.

  1. Melden Sie sich bei Ihrer Admin-Konsole von Google an.
  2. Klicken Sie auf der Seite Admin Home auf Öffnen.

  4. Klicken Sie auf Export starten.

Nach Abschluss des Datenexports kann ein weiteres Verfahren erst in 30 Tagen eingeleitet werden. Weitere Informationen zum Datenexport aus Google Workspace finden Sie auf dieser Hilfeseite.

Nach erfolgreichem Export erhalten Sie eine E-Mail mit einem Link zu Google Cloud Storage, der einen Ordner mit den Daten der Benutzer enthält. Laden Sie den Ordner herunter und bereiten Sie die Daten der Benutzer für den Import vor.

Die Daten für den Import vorbereiten

Das heruntergeladene Verzeichnis enthält die Datenordner der Benutzer. Jeder Ordner entspricht einem bestimmten Benutzer. Wählen Sie Benutzer aus, die in den ONLYOFFICE Workspace importiert werden sollen, und komprimieren Sie ihre Ordner in ein ZIP-Archiv.

Jedes Archiv repräsentiert einen Google Workspace-Benutzer. Wir empfehlen, die Archive mehrerer Benutzer hochzuladen. Es ermöglicht das Importieren von Freigabeeinstellungen zusammen mit den Dateien der Benutzer.

Die Daten in ONLYOFFICE Workspace importieren

  1. Melden Sie sich bei Ihrem ONLYOFFICE Workspace an.
  2. Öffnen Sie die Systemsteuerung.
  3. Wählen Sie im Abschnitt PORTAL SETTINGS (PORTAL-EINSTELLUNGEN) den Punkt Data import (Datenimport).
  4. Klicken Sie im Abschnitt Google Workspace auf die Schaltfläche INITIALIZE IMPORT (IMPORT INITIALISIEREN).
  5. Klicken Sie neben dem Auswahlfeld auf die Schaltfläche Plus und wählen Sie die Archive der Benutzer aus.

    Warten Sie, bis das Archiv geladen ist. Wenn der Ladevorgang abgeschlossen ist, klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche UPLOAD TO SERVER (AUF SERVER HOCHLADEN).

  6. Wählen Sie Benutzer aus der Liste aus und klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche NEXT STEP (NÄCHSTER SCHRITT).
  7. Wählen Sie die Module für den Import aus. Diese Module erscheinen in den entsprechenden Modulen von ONLYOFFICE. Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche START DATA IMPORT (DATENIMPORT STARTEN), um mit dem letzten Schritt fortzufahren.
  8. Nachdem die Daten migriert wurden, klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche FINISH (FERTIG), um den Datenimport abzuschließen.

Außerdem können Sie den neuen Benutzern einen Willkommensbrief senden. Dieser Brief informiert Ihre Google Workspace-Benutzer über die Migration zu ONLYOFFICE Workspace. Er enthält eine kurze Beschreibung der Hauptfunktionen und einen Login-Link. Aktivieren Sie zum Versenden des Briefs die Option Send Welcome Letter (Willkommensbrief senden), bevor Sie auf die Schaltfläche FINISH (FERTIG) klicken.
