The ONLYOFFICE trial period lasts for thirty (30) consecutive calendar days. What are the limitations during the trial period? Docs Enterprise Edition No function limitations are applied to Document Editors during the trial period. Only 20 browser tabs with documents can be opened for editing at the same time. Free support and updates are not available. Docs Developer Edition No function limitations are applied to Document Editors during the trial period. You can integrate Document Editors with your solution for evaluation purposes only, but you cannot provide them to your end users. DocSpace Enterprise Edition No function limitations are applied to DocSpace (including Docs Enterprise Edition) during the trial period. Workspace Cloud Service (Business cloud trial) You can add up to 50 users (up to 1000 users for Business cloud subscription). Your portal storage space is limited up to 20Gb (100 Gb per teammate for Business cloud subscription). You can use all advanced Workspace features for evaluation purposes: region migration, branding and customization, LDAP and SSO, automatic data backup and recovery, tracking users logins and actions, pro integrations with Twilio and DocuSign, full-text search, Mail Server. You cannot share non-editable files (images, archives etc.) using the external link during the trial period. You can send only 200 emails per day to non-activated email addresses during the trial period. Free support and updates are not available. What happens when the trial is over? Docs Enterprise Edition Upon the expiration of the trial period, your free access to ONLYOFFICE Docs Enterprise Edition will be blocked. Docs Developer Edition Upon the expiration of the trial period, your free access to ONLYOFFICE Docs Developer Edition will be blocked. DocSpace Enterprise Edition Upon the expiration of the trial period, your free access to ONLYOFFICE Docs Enterprise Edition will be blocked (you will not be able to edit documents on your portal using online editors). Other DocSpace functions will be available. Workspace Enterprise Edition Upon the expiration of the trial period, your free access to ONLYOFFICE Docs Enterprise Edition will be blocked (you will not be able to edit documents on your portal using online editors). Other Workspace functions will be available. Workspace Cloud Service Upon the expiration of the free Business cloud trial, the Pricing plans page will be opened where you can switch to the free Startup tariff. If you decide to switch to the Startup tariff, the following limitations will be applied: Your cloud portal will be limited in user number (5 active users) and disk space (2 GB of available disk space). You will not be able to add guests. You will not be able to add administrators (the Startup tariff allows you to add only one administrator, and the portal owner is already an administrator). The number of document simultaneous connections will be limited to 10 browser tabs with documents which can be opened for editing at the same time. You will not be able to use advanced Workspace features: region migration, branding and customization, LDAP and SSO, automatic data backup and recovery, tracking users logins and actions, integrations with Third Party Services, full-text search, Mail Server.
