Connecting SharePoint to ONLYOFFICE DocSpace

Connect the SharePoint service to use the connected cloud storage as a third-party resource when creating backups.

Important! SharePoint can be connected under the Office 365 Global admin account only.

To store your DocSpace data backup in SharePoint,

  1. Go to the 'Backup' section (Settings -> Backup -> Third-party resource).
  2. Select SharePoint as the desired storage and click the 'Connect' button.
  3. Enter the Connection url.
    The URL address must look like this: https://******-my.sharepoint.com/. The parts of the URL address followed after the top-level domain .com should not be specified.
  4. Fill out the Login and Password fields specifying the credentials that you use to access your Office 365 account.
  5. Click the Save button.
  6. Click 'Create copy'.
