engineering functions. It is used to convert a real part and an imaginary part into the complex number expressed in a + bi or a + bj form. Syntax COMPLEX(real_num, i_num, [suffix]) The COMPLEX function has the following arguments: Argument Description real_num The real part of the complex number. i_num The imaginary part of the complex number. suffix An indicator of the imaginary part of the complex number.
